Description
Carts must stay within Hatteras Village.
Safety instructions:
- Must be 21 to Rent.
- All drivers must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate cart.
- Travel at a Max Speed of 18 MPH.
- Do not drive carts on sidewalks.
- No night driving.
- Carts cannot be driven on the beach or the ferry.
- Use hand signals when turning.
- No driving under the influence.
- Use common sense while operating the cart.
- Do not drive the cart through standing water.
- Do not leave chargers in the rain.
- Golf carts must be returned during business hours.
- Any damages caused during the rental period are your responsibility! Slash Creek Outfitters, LLC will charge the credit card on file to cover any and all damages to the cart.
