Rental Policy
Products should be returned in clean and working order. Any damages will be charged to the customer’s card on file.
Delivery
Slash Creek Outfitters offers free delivery to Buxton and Frisco with orders over $100 and free delivery to Hatteras Village. Your rental equipment will be delivered between Noon and 6PM on the day of your scheduled delivery. We are unable to accomodate daily deliveries.
We do not offer golf cart delivery. All carts must be picked up at our shop located at 57698 NC Highway 12, Hatteras, NC. We are located directly across from the fire station.
Golf carts are not delivered to Hatteras Village. They must be picked up in-store.
Faulty Equipment
We will replace faulty equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows rental reservations to be canceled without penalty up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellations received after the 2 week period will be charged at 50% of the original reservation amount.
We do require a credit card to secure the reservation and to be held on file for the duration of your rental period. We do not require a deposit, however, your credit card will be subject to be charged for any damages.
Hurricane & Storm cancellations
In the case of emergency evacuations due to hurricanes and storms, we will refund the customer from the date of evacuation for all items.
Should there be standing water/tide within Hatteras Village, we reserve the right to delay cart pickup or collect carts early. Tide water on the road is salt water and we simply cannot have carts driven through the salt water! We will happily pro-rate your rental.
